A graduate of Villanova University, Mr. Kerins has over 30 years experience in both the criminal and civil areas of investigations.

Following 22 years in the Philidelphia Police Department (14 of which were spend as a detective with the Special Investigations Unit), Mr. Kerins took a lead position with DVI Financial Services, Inc. where he spent nine years investigating medical finance fraud and ultimately uncovered a million dollar fraudulent contract scam.

Mr. Kerins field operatives also possess more than 30 years experience in the areas of civil investigations.
