Stay current with the latest developments in case and legislative law with this comprehensive legal resource site organized for the criminal defense practitioner.
Our goal is to tutor the public on Pennsylvania and United States' constitution and criminal laws; and to better inform the public about what they can expect from the criminal defense attorney.
For the public, we present a free series of lectures covering a wide range of topics. We encourage anyone who has an interest or opinion about criminal law to join us on the lecture circuit. Listen to past lectures.

Welcome to the Criminal Defense Resource Center of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
We're glad you stopped in.
Brought to you via a generous grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the "CDRC" is a virtual criminal legal resource library, for lawyers and laypersons alike.
One of our primary goals is to empower the general public by providing access to a variety of legal information including constitutional rights, criminal statutes and binding case law, jury duty expectations, and the Pennsylvania criminal legal system as a whole.
The CDRC is also dedicated to fostering the relationship between the Public and criminal defense attorneys. It is our goal to educate the Public about the vastly important role criminal defense lawyers play in American society and how the profession has helped to preserve some of our nation's most important tenets as well as protect our constitution's unique guarantees.
We encourage you to explore the CDRC and learn more about Pennsylvania's criminal justice system as well as the education, ethics and duties of the criminal defense attorney. We encourage you to learn what you, as a citizen and as a client, can and should expect from criminal law professionals.

While we cannot answer specific legal questions, we are open to all content requests and suggestions. If there is a topic that you wish addressed, please email webmaster@pacdl-cdrc.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please, enjoy your stay!
